Hello from team Doddle! We’re a small business with big ambitions, and pride ourselves on a culture that is built on inclusivity, respect, and some good old fun!
Our culture is fast-paced and action-packed, so we like to grab the opportunities we can for some much-needed down time. We host quarterly in-person socials, events around our PI planning, and an annual off-site so that all of our international teams feel just as included. We’re also partial to the occasional trip to the pub.
Like one of our values states, we're a curious bunch. That touches everything from our dedicated self-development time and lunch 'n' learns, to our monthly company all-hands.
We also offer everyone a £1000 learning and development budget every year, so whether you’re brushing up on your management skills or learning the latest in your speciality, Doddle wants to support that growth.

OUR KIND OF PEOPLE
‘Reading’s a Doddle’ is one of our favourite clubs. Co-founded by Doddle’s Sales Director, Katie, and Product Manager, Harriet, we now have an 18-person group who meet every other month to catch-up on their latest page turner.
Doddle boasts some keen runners, so on top of supporting one another at the London Marathon, we’ve entered a Doddle team into the Royal Parks Half Marathon the last few years.

OK, you caught us, this one isn’t a club. But as a dog-friendly office we had to incorporate our furry friends somehow. Meet Doddle’s biggest cheerleader, Ava!
