The process may vary from role to role however our typical process is usually:
- 30-40 minute chat with one of our in-house recruiters for you to learn about the role and Doddle. This is an informal call so feel free to ask lot’s of questions!
- 60 minute technical/ competency based call with the hiring manager. Have a read through the job description and consider some examples of how you might meet the key requirements.
- 45 minute chat with some of the team. This will be a great chance for you to meet the people that you will be working with and really understand if the role is right for you.
For select roles you may be set a take-home task but we try to keep these tasks as short and non-intrusive as possible. We know everyone has busy lives!

In short, there is no need to prepare anything. We will ask you about your current situation and dig into your career history a bit so it may be worth having a copy of your CV to hand; however these calls are really for you to learn more about the position. Feel free to ask any questions you have!

Interviews are usually held virtually via Zoom. That being said, if you would like the opportunity to visit the London office to see if Doddle is the right company for you, we would be delighted to accommodate the request.

As an international organisation spanning multiple time zones, we are very open to remote working. London-based staff tend to come into the office once or twice a week however we do not prescribe days, and it is for you and your manager to agree what works best for you.
For those outside of London, remote working is the norm, however we try to all get together once a quarter for planning and social events. We will cover the expenses if you are commuting from outside of the London area.
