Everyone is given the trust and respect to work in the way that suits them best. Our culture is built on trust and transparency, and as an international organisation spanning across multiple time zones, Doddlers are used to working asynchronously and remotely.
We’re remote-first, with core hours 10am – 4pm. We also have early finish Fridays, enhanced sick pay and enhanced family leave.
